1. Object of Services

We offer culinary courses focused on specific preparation techniques from various gastronomic cultures. Participants learn traditional and modern methods, without promises of immediate or guaranteed results.

Each session is structured into practical and theoretical modules, adapted to the experience level of each participant.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Participants undertake to respect the established schedule, use equipment according to instructions, and adopt respectful behavior towards colleagues and instructors.

The provider undertakes to provide quality teaching materials, fresh ingredients, and a safe environment for carrying out activities.

• Participants must be at least 16 years old for standard courses.
• Any damage to equipment due to negligence may be billed separately.
• Photographs and video recordings made during courses may be used for promotional purposes, with the prior consent of participants.

3. Limitation of Liability

The provider is not liable for accidents caused by failure to follow safety instructions or for allergic reactions to ingredients, when these have been communicated in advance.

In the event of a course cancellation for reasons beyond our control, participants will be notified at least 48 hours in advance and will receive a full refund of the fee.

The total liability of the provider for any direct damage is limited to the value of the participation fee paid for the respective course.

4. Payment and Refund Conditions

The participation fee is paid in full at the time of registration. Refunds are only possible in case of course cancellation by the organizer or withdrawal at least 7 days before the start.

For late withdrawals, a credit for a future course may be offered, without additional costs.

• Payment is made by bank transfer or card, in Romanian lei.
• No hidden fees are charged; all costs are communicated at registration.

5. Termination of Use

The provider reserves the right to exclude a participant from the courses in case of serious violation of internal rules, without refunding the fee.

The participant may withdraw from services at any time by written notice, subject to the refund deadlines mentioned.

6. Modification of Conditions

This document may be updated periodically. Participants will be informed 30 days before the changes come into effect, via email at the address provided at registration.

Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
