Launch of the first Asian gastronomy course

We started with an intensive 4-week program focused on basic techniques from Japanese and Thai cuisine, with 12 enthusiastic participants.

Expansion with French pastry courses

We added a module dedicated to classic French desserts, including macarons and croissants, attracting over 30 students in the first months.

Partnership with international chefs

We collaborated with three chefs from Italy, Mexico, and India to offer live workshops and hands-on cooking sessions, enriching the educational offering.

Launch of the online course platform

We developed a digital platform that provides access to video lessons, detailed recipes, and discussion forums, reaching over 500 active users.
